how do you know which weapons to assign lunging strike and leap to? I'm guessing it would be specific since the weapons are recommended to increase dust devil size vs double cast chance for different weapons. I couldn't find it in the build page anywhere :(

How u make so many Dust Devils? I'm a lvl 67 barb and I only do 3 Dust Devils (I only got 2 paragon boards).

Thanks a lot for this build and the idea behind it. I was actually experimenting on another build similiar to this one, after discovering triggering dust devils at lower levels. Even though I watched the video, I couldn't get how the shouts and leap have cooldown reduction so frequently?
Couple ways, bold chieftains aspects, and some glyphs in the planner that help with cdr. Also cdr on gear is big too
Made a pretty similar build to this. i'm 83 atm. doing insane amounts of damage but my only probably is on bosses I can't just infinitely spam double swing. which means I still need to use my lunging strike. I've resource regen + fury per second on a bunch of my gear. is there something else I should be doing? also do you think it's worth using the unique twin strikes?
Haven’t tried the uniques yet. With enough fury gen. And max glyphs for your shout cooldowns you should be able to constantly keep buff for shouts I believe. That plus fury per seconds, I’ll have to test some uniwues
In the gear stats you are saying to add 2 of the same affixes but this can't be done and right now seems extremely rare to get items with tempering already done. What do you suggest when we can't add 2 affixes at the Blacksmith?
So yeah can’t add 2 tempered from the same category. Just focus on adding the main ones early like damage/movement speed

Not anything specific yet, as long as you use a 1h sword and 1h mace you get max benefit from passives

What weapons have you got selected in the Arsenal Selection for Leap, Double Swing and Lunging Strike?
I have my 1h mace and 1h sword selected for both
Why do you use both the Earthquake aspect (groundstom makes earthquake) and the bul kathos (leap makes earthquake), when ground stomp is not on the skill list?
Is whirlwind still any good ? I ran the charge whirlwind last season and really enjoyed it.

The aspect gives us damage when standing in the earthquake cause by leap.
Love the content. Could I play charge instead of leap due to playing on ps5 it's harder to aim, unlike charge. What do u think?
Yeah you can totally run this with charge. Look for the aspect that gives you dust devils on shout and another for dust devils on core skill and you will rip. Charge, shout, blast, and it’s awesome.
I play charge with the charge aspect that gives you some ghost barbs charging with you giving you huge aoe knockback and good dmg !
@@nicluck95 charge is good for clearing mobs up through pit level 50 or so. After that it gets tough as charge doesn’t scale like leap does with the earthquake damage aspects. It’s good for blasting through regular content though.
Pointer for better aim with leap on console.. if you just press whatever button you have leap bound to without a direction you will leap in place right on top of whoever is in front of you! Hope that helps, works for me
Do we use challenging shout?. What about the temper on the items, so we have cooldown reduction for that skill?. Why do we need this?. We dont use challenging shout, do we?.
Do you think the end game dust devil build is better? Also with the uniques, should I hold out till a 925 or just use them if they are a bit lower?
Honestly if the uniques are in the 800-925 range I would use them. And yeah about to put out later today the max endgame build for thid
This is the most OP barbarian build I've ever played. It's as if I use a hacking tool or turn on easy mode in the game.

Yes I will need to change that In the planner, make sure you go for movement speed affix tho

Its a really fun leveling build. The only thing is that I started experiencing survivability issues after switching to Tier 3.

I'm using it at level 100 in tier 4 no issues. I did switch up a couple of aspects tho.
Does anyone happen to know what source of "Bleed" the build has? There are a lot of paragon points being invested into bonus damage after killing a bleeding enemy and bonus damage to bleeding enemies but I am probably just blind and can't figure out where the source of bleed is coming from... Referring to the "Endgame" build btw when the thorns bleed passive is dropped.

Is this build fun to play I played barbarian two season ago. Yeah he was powerful but he was so boring to play shouts and hammer of the ancients. Want a fun build with lots of damage numbers

Quick question..... I notice some armor have double of the same affixxes, such as the pants having tow defensive affixes. Is this a situation where we pick one, or is there a way to have two of the same type affixes?

That was my mistake in the planner. Fixed it but you just select a valuable aspect from the other categories

I'm currently using almost the same build except for the dual wielded. I am using dual one-handed mace. Could you please explain why I need to use 1 handed sword and 1 mace? also on the two-handed mace, how did you get the attack speed bonus, I tried to roll many times with no luck. Thanks in advance.
Using 1h mace for concussion buff and wallop, and 1h sword for passive extra crit. dmg

Hello, I'm following this build and really liking the videos but I don't seem to have a lot of dust devils spawning ( i have the 3 aspects) could i be doing something wrong?
It may take a bit, but as you temper your gear and do the dust devils have a chance to spawn twice and begin leveling higher you shall see many more.
How are you getting that many dust devils after the leap? I have two tempers for 50% total chance to spawn a second dust devil plus the aspects. What am I missing

im curious, on the link posted below the video, it shows a variation of this build, not using the enhancements from leap and quake, i have all the gear pieces for that build, but is this build better, than the build linked below? i was assuming the link was for this build, i just went through all the para nodes, and discovered a second link in chat, that does look like its for this build . if i could get a quick answer that would be great, but considering you have good gear , all the caps, of the build in the video, and the build linked in the video description for dust devel barb endgame, which build is superior ?

Question: in case you will use "Challing Shout" instead of "Lunging Strike", you have to reskill something. Which skill point you removed and which you add to "Challaging Shout"?
So initially I took my 3rd point out of lunging and into challenging. Need to make sure you have good fury gen. to keep it up though and maybe 1 more passive if you want the 2nd challenging point. The endgame build I just released honestly has much better fury gen and better for runs of the pit!

Question in regards to the linked build. It says to take challenging shout cooldown reduction as the temper for the armor gear. However i see you only recommending war cry and rallying cry. Does that reduction dip into all shouts?
it says in the written guide to take challenging when you stop needing to use your generator for fury gen anymore :)

How exactly do you swap strike for challenging shout you don’t show what you swapped.
Eventually when you generate enough fury and don’t need lunging strike you swap it for challenging
I am a new barbarian. My selected technique is 2 hand axe as in your build but I wonder one thing. Do I need to switch my skill weapons to 2 hand axe and should I always equip a two hand axe ?
So you will use dual wield and I misspoke on that a bit. Use dual wield and you just get the 1 buff from the 2H axe technique for vuln.
The survivability is really low, how do you get around this? The damage output is very good, but I’m finding it’s super squishy, when EQ isnt up you’re just screwed.
Edit: Are there any special uniques we want to look for in each slot?
It’s funny because I made a build almost just like this but in mine I use skin skill for barrier and go one node in for enhanced also I don’t run rally but I do run challenging shout. I hope those help you a bit

Sorry for the noob question, but I've never played barbarian before. I love this build, and I'm just wondering if there's a specific way i need to assign weapons to each skill.
Yes if on PC click s for your skill button, then it should bring upi your skills in the middle above your skill bar. Then middle mouse when hovering over the skill to change the weapon type. Not sure totally on console but thats how.
I appreciate the response. I meant do certain skills need to have a specific weapon assigned to them for this particular build to work as intended.
Am I crazy or does this build recommend attack speed on 2-h mace which isn't an stat it can get? I've seen hundreds of hammer drops now and I've rerolled a lot and not seen it
Yeah if you check the possible enchantment for your weapon, attack speed isn’t an option
So I got a pair of 925 Twin Strikes gloves to drop randomly would they be better than the devilish legendaries?

How do you never run out of fury? I run out of fury quicky with this build :/ Also I seem to die quickly too so not sure how your staying alive good. I have 70% Fire Resisance, 29% Lightning Resistance(Yes I know this is very low), Cold Resistance 69%, 70% Poison Resistance, & 70% Shadow Resistance with 8206 Armor. By the way, On your Build You have some errors with having the same Tempering but your only allowed 1 Defensive and not 2 Defensive on pants and same with Boots having 1 Mobility and not 2 Mobility. Not sure if you seen that or not. Do you have screenshot anywhere showing your gear? I totally like this build better and over the WW build. I'm Currently level 100 too.
Yeah I have some things on the planner to fix! Ideally just make sure you have enough max life and fortify from paragon also really helps. Also maxing out your armor with resistances should make you plenty tanky

1 Mace for concussion bonus and wallop bonus, other 1h sword for crit damage, best of both worlds

Why the Earthquake Aspect? Curious because Ground Stomp isn't on the skills list
You get the earthquake DMG bonus from Leap when that aspect causes an earthquake.
That first bit, on lunging strike, isn't really accurate. You will only gain berserking if you critical hit with lunging strike, which should be next to none. So if you use lunging strike but it isn't a critical hit you do not gain berserking..... or am I reading that incorrectly?

So you may not get that many dust devils now due to changes to some of the aspects, but you should still be getting a fair amount of dust

I have to say with this build I was able to complete each capstone very early on at first attempt. The dust devils just obliterate everything. Even Helltides on WT4 were pretty easy before i started getting Ancestral gear.

what skill did you take off to add the challenging shout when fury is no longer a problem.

Later endgame you want to use challenging over lunging strike when you can passively generate enough fury

Can I ask why there is Challenging Shout CDR on the pants, and we're (you) aren't using that shout?
Once you get your fury generation maxed out and don’t need to worry about it we get rid of lunging strike for challenging shout. Fury per second and per kill is importsnt

So you actually dont need it, we take it just for the deserking damage bonus and not the bereking 5 sec. since we are beserking 100% of the time already

Thats because of your glyph level. You need to get your Glyphs to level 15 to expand it :)

Can we not roll attack speed on weapons anymore? Attack speed isn’t showing up on my 1H or 2H?
Only certain slots it will role on. Check your possible affixes using the eye icon to make sure the slot you are rolling can get it

Your build shows Lunging strike but you don't use that on this video do you have the build without lunging strike?
Once you get into the endgame you acquire passives that give you unlimited Fury/Resource… so you eventually drop the basic skill for say another shout or defensive skill

@CreativeGamingTH-cam I see now both aspects are on the planner. Bul-kathos gives earthquake on leap. And earthquake aspect gives it from stomp.

Basically dual wield for everything for speed.
Thanks for the build. Its fun and all. Great at leveling. But, it doesn't hit much.. At most Dust devils hit 500k-700k on crit. I find it almost impossible to kill lilith with this build.
I easily kill all other bosses including Duriel.
So yeah following your guide and on the arms you have two offensive and I thought maybe you can put two on the arms, a BIG NOPE so it erased my good on there a gave me a shite one. Might wanna check your build guide or maybe I'm doing something wrong but either way maybe some can tell me how I can put two offensive on arms
I just changed it now and missed that one sorry! I changed it so it now had a weapon and offensive tempered aspect. Assuming it was 2her, damage with beserking

The earthquakes from leap apply to that aspect
Yes you get the earthquake bonus from leap aspect while standing in it
ok, this build is insane. I'm running Tier 50+ nightmare dungeons at level 50ish with my Barbarian. I'm clearing the dungeons insanely quick and my gear isn't even optimized.
