The gamesense tag is a cheat community tag. Gamesense/skeet is a notorious private cheat (hard to get invite) with 10k users often associated with femboys.
Some people especially in lower ranks want to be extra edgy and use the tag despite not owning the cheat. (costs 20e/m)

Getting out of Silver is when boys become men. My memories from when I started playing CS:GO (Silver 3) was always brand new players and smurfs. Some of the smurfs in the Silver/Lower GN ranks are literally better than a lot of players in full DMG/LE lobbies I've been in.
Come back recently and I'm back up to LE, not even going to aim for global as it seems it is just boosters and rage hackers in every game.
