I actually started to spam scouts after him. I am pretty good on Mirage and Dust 2 now but even then it is basically 12-15 less kills than my usual scores. It does improve your aim a lot, and at crucial situations I just start going for double peek body shot kills instead of heads to actually contribute to team instead of being a deadweight.
Do you really blame them though? Getting head shot instantly by a scout on a buy round, likely never even seeing him or barely catching the Ferrari peaks. It surely must feel very, very suspicious. Also doesn't help that the scout is the absolute favorite weapon of actual cheaters who have ruined what is one of the most fun weapons in the game.
Well when someone that has a skill level that's much higher than yours and you get insta headshot killed, it's suspect of course. And real cheaters usually spinbot with scout soooo.

If i saw scoutercs in a game against me i'd immediately realize he was legit just by the way he jiggle peeks.
