Got out of Moldova and found himself a real job with a great owner. Trapped in the Italian countryside heaven. Cat outside got that pork reserve. Heaven.

This is why the food is so great in Italy. They continue to follow practices developed over decades, not giving into the "easy" path using commercial or processed ingredients. Hard work, but this level of craftsmanship and dedication results in incomparable products.
This is very true. There's almost nothing you can get in Italy that you can't get elsewhere in the world - but so much of it just tastes so much better. They prioritise quality and process over profit.

Harald, Ive watched alot of your videos, and even more of other travel vloggers. This episode and the one before it were a couple of the best Ive ever seen. Thank you for letting us share in your experience and allowing us to live vicariously through your camera.
Harald that’san amazing pork documentary, the amount of labor and passion they put into it is another level. Mucho approval to our pork o’clock mentor.
I have never seen such a setup.. everyone working hard.. in good spirits.. eating together drinking together.. friendly cats.. the way work life should be. Salut
What a magnificent video this was, a piece of history documented for all time. This is why Italian food is so special. No shortcuts, just time honoured methods to make exquisite produce. Tastes so different and so much nicer than mass produced. I was lucky enough to purchase a salami from a producer on a recent trip and it was absolutely sublime.. a different league entirely from supermarket fare. Please make more of these Harald
i'm not a people person. but these guy's could for sure make me a people person.. love how happy they are all the time. BIG THANK YOU Harald for all of the adventures you take us on... i hate waiting for the next video ;)
That's absolutely crazy that youtube will not let you take video of an animal being processed from the start.People are afraid to live in reality these days..
This is actually a quite wonderful video. A unique celebration and sharing of Italian food culture. I'm so glad Harald got the opportunity to make this 🐷👑👊🍷
Superb Porkumentary, absolutely love seeing the sheer dedication and focus on quality and craftsmanship involved. Italians don't mess about with their food, that much is clear!
All the respect to the Godfather of Pork and Sergey from Moldova. He left the hard times and found a great job in Italy with an established family business. That Fiat truck was beautiful too bad it didn't start up first time! Great work again Haraldo... Saviour of cats! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Haroldo Baldiero gifts us again with one more amazing video. Simon Wilson would never have the courage to title one of his videos "Behind the sheep" although we all know how much he loves a good mutton. Cheers, Nordman.
If only youtube saw it that was.... I feel slightly discriminated against being a pork lover when YT messed around with Haraldo's bids like this. Glad to see this one up, for now👌🤞
Coming from a delivery driver who delivers food all day in a modern van that classic fiat van you delivered the pork in was mint made my day it would be a dream come true to drive that classic for me great vlog Harald as always 😎
I couldn't resist commenting I'm only 9 minutes into the video and wow this is absolutely amazing! This video made me feel something from my childhood when I used to live deep in the Bavarian alps and my dad & grandpa and they would have this yearly pork roast in a barrel tradition for the whole village, it was amazing. If I ever meet you one day I would give you a big hug for making the most amazing videos that you simply cant find anywhere else in mainstream media. I really hope you do more videos in Italy and go deeper into their history, you've given me so many bucket list places I plan to visit thanks to your videos so thank you so much! Always had a huge obsession with Italy and the their culture/history especially roman empire times I really hope you do even more videos in Italy 🤩
These are my favourite kind of videos that the famous haraldinho puts out, showing great respect to the history, crafts and qualities of different cultures. If I were also called harald I would certainly say “harald approves” 👌
Damn over 1 hour long porkumentary. It's definitely pork o'clock. The Italians are even more meticulous and scientific about how they roast their pork, more than the Filipinos, Chinese, Balinese and Puerto Ricans even. They even suck out the pork drippings with a vacuum - insane. Everybody, please like and get this to 1 million views so that this lovely family can get the recognition they deserve.
Wow what an epic episode. Have to admire the amount of work that has to happen behind the scenes for a pork snack. Everyone with so much enthousiasm, but special kudo's to Sergei. As Simon would say 'What a guy'!
This is an A+ advertisement for the owner and his amazing staff. I really hope they’re able to leverage this content. And shout to Harold, who always gets himself immersed in the process on so many videos. You can always tell how much the people he meets appreciates his genuine enthusiasm.
Mamma Mia! I miss Italy so much. The passion of the people in what they are doing. The meals together. Everything. I worked there for around ten years and were the best of my times. Cheers to you
The pride these guys have in their work is amazing to see, you really don't see that in many places these days. I think it is the fault of the corporations though, not the people, this business truly being family run allows them to preserve that pride, but when a business sells out and it all becomes about maximum efficiency, the workers end up being treated like machines and they lose the pride.
Wow wow the best Pork O'clock video!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! Nice people. They have passion for their work. The whole process has been incredible. All the workers have been friendly. They explained all very well. PORK O'CLOCK time!!!! Big hug Harald.
Unbelievably awesome. Have been watching for a couple of years now. But this particular video compelled me to comment. What an incredible documentary of craft, appreciation and joy. Love this Harald. Epitomises what experiences in this world are all about. Amazing.
I love porchetta, I had some from an artisan an hour outside of Rome, it was divine. Best I've ever had, fresh out of the oven. The secret ingredient is fennel pollen
One of the best videos I’ve ever watched. Absolutely incredible hospitality for them to show you all this. Such a huge insight to how that incredible food is created from start to finish. Don’t think you can top this one now!

Harald this is like a dream come true! I fell in love with the taste of porchetta when a young very passionate guy from Verona opened a restaurant here in my hometown in germany. I walked into his little restaurant to see what they got and ofc he recommended me to try the porchetta sandwich. He makes everything himself, the bread, the porchetta and even the pasta. I love the dedication to the craft behind making this extremely delicious food. I've been so curious to look behind the scenes and whatched many other "making of" porchetta videos.
