SUNNY BEACH, TOURIST RESORT ON THE BLACK SEA COAST, NESEBAR, BURGAS REGION, BULGARIA

Sunny Beach (English name promoted by the Bulgarian authorities; in Bulgarian Sunny Beach, transliterated: Slancev Breag; both meaning "Sunny Beach") is a tourist resort on the Black Sea coast located in Nesebar commune, Burgas region, Bulgaria.
The beach is covered with golden and fine sand for a distance of 8 km long and about 50 meters wide. Sand dunes have formed along it, where 16 species of rare plants can be found. Tourists have at their disposal water sports equipment, including: windsurfing, para-sailing and water skiing and land sports such as tennis court, table tennis, beach volleyball, bowling, mini-golf and bicycle rentals. Along the beach, tourists can try Fish SPA treatments.
Notable water parks are: Action Aqua Park, which is located in the western part of the resort and has 13 pools with slides and water courses, Kuban Aqua Park, located in the garden of the hotel with the same name and Pirates of the Caribbean Aqua Park, which is located in the southern part of the resort and is intended exclusively for children.
