I definitely had been sleeping on deep conditioning my hair. I changed that this year and have seen the changes almost immediately. I started with just avocado, banana, and a mayonnaise conditioner - my hair loved it! My hair pattern was well defined and my hair stays moisturized. Will definitely keep doing this consistently. 😊

You can pre-poo with an oil before shampooing to lesson the harshness of sulfates, but yes, deep conditioning is So fantastic and penetrative on clean hair.
