Yes!! So happy you got around to doing so more TOP. Tyler said in a livestream that this song was for the fans, he thought we were owed to know how he was doing and how he got there. Honestly one of my favorites. Looking forward to the rest of the song of the album, totally worth the time.
I lost 5 members of my immediate family in 2 and 1/2 years (my brother, tragically, and my mom only four months apart). This song hit me hard! "Push on through" became my mantra. Of course we all know we need to keep going, but sometimes it helps to have someone else say it. It helps you feel less alone, and helps you stay strong.
Oldies station chokes me up most days. I'm an older fan & I've lived through a lot of life. The days haven't always been good, but we push on through and wake up again.

I've heard this song described as a progression of Truce, and I think that's pretty accurate: A reminder to us (the Clique), and Tyler himself, to keep fighting. Because it's always worth it. The fact that they care so deeply, to write a song like this, just makes me feel all the emotions at once! 🥲
This is one of my favorites! In my opinion a lot of the songs on the Clancy album relate heavily to some type of addiction/recovery. I have been in recovery from substance abuse for 15 years and a fan of theirs all of those years too. This album hit me the hardest.
