I missed the motif reprise in "What Was Entrusted to Me", but I wouldn't have used it here anyway because that's more like Itadori/Todo music in the anime. Nice catch, though! As for "Three Years of Overflowing Youth", I tried to keep only the piano part and include it between "If I Am With You" and "You Better Get Strong", but Kenjaku's theme comes in pretty soon and the transition doesn't really work because there are also some eerie sound design playing in the background of the piano, and that really constrasts with the sound of the guitar in the next one. Also, I wanted this suite to end on a lighter/melancholic way rather than a dark/twisted tone related to Gojo's imprisonment. I kinda see a similar motif between the piano in "Three Years" and "You Better Get Strong" and it saddened me a bit to not include that too, but I really didn't like the constrast in tone and atmosphere between the two tracks and I believe that this suite flows better without it in the end.
The star character of the series, and my 2nd favorite, the maximum expression of Charisma and style in Jujutsu, his sealing is well done, his powers are incredible, his relationship with Geto, Itadori and others are very good, his loneliness of the Strongest is very well done, if I had to make a top 10 Jujutsu scenes I would easily put 3 or 4 scenes of Satoru, and his Honored One scene is Cinema, excellent character of an excellent anime
It's a shame that there are very few character motifs in Jujutsu Kaisen. And if they do exist, they are used very little and unnoticeably. I adore leitmotifs, melodies that catch on to a character and repeat with them. Unfortunately, a character like Satoru doesn't have a motif that repeats. To be honest, he doesn't have a theme either. Anything that we could call a theme was used too little with him, or even used only once. This also applies to other characters. Although, maybe I just want too much. The first anime I watched was JoJo, and almost every character there has a theme. And leitmotifs are used quite a bit
He has a motif, you can even hear It briefly on "What was entrusted to me" ost, it's from.when Itadori lands his last black flash, but that OST has the Gojo motif in it
I had to look for this track "Infinite Potential" because honestly I've never heard of it! I'm not sure if it's an unreleased OST from the episode, but it contains part of the soundtrack "The Scariest" which I used for Sukuna's suite 😁
This is awesome! But what about the OST "Decision"? (It reminds me of the scene: "...I’m saying I’m actually shocked you would ever have thought you could beat me with this loser shit.")
I mean, I like it as the OP song for Hidden Inventory, but I don't connect it with Gojo in a deeper level. It's a different story with 'Specialz' and 'More Than Words', I do personally like to associate those songs more with Sukuna and Itadori respectively.
I made a lot of Demon Slayer suites when Season 1 and Mugen Train movie came out, but they all got blocked sooner or later 🥲 I tried to reupload them multiple times, but it was all useless. I was able to share most of them on Soundcloud, though, you can still listen to them there. Plus, I shared on the community posts a Mega Link where you can download the audio, but it was like two years ago. The link is still functioning, if you find it!
Honestly I didn't find the music from the Red Light District arc as good or captivating as Season 1, the new themes were hardly recognizable for me while watching the episodes, and furthermore still have to watch Season 3. But even if I did and manage to make new mixes, I doubt they would last long because being blocked. I noticed that every video I made with music from Go Shiina and Yuki Kajiura (except "Hokuto No Ken") always lead to copyright strike or even channel strikes. So, in order to prevent video being blocked and my channel from being deleted, I fear I can no longer make suites from Demon Slayer, SAO, or even the Fate franchise.
You can hear part of his motif from the ost "What was entrusted to me" at the start, it was used for Yuji's black flash, but it's Gojo's motif
You forgot to add "three years of youth overflowing" that has his motif too

the two last songs "If I am with You" and "You better get strong" having names that can pair each other is just too good

every song he spawns is sorta glitchy like experimental
he does have a motif?? listen to Limitless Cursed Technique then Delirious and then With Rage
And Three Years of Overflowing Memories
He has a motif, you can even hear It briefly on "What was entrusted to me" ost, it's from.when Itadori lands his last black flash, but that OST has the Gojo motif in it
The only character with a leitmotif that appears often is Todo, and even then that’s limited by how little screen time he has.
SUCH GOOD MUSIC
delirious is my favourite in this mix
hidden inventory sounds like them having fun 💀
