Dude I cannot for the life of me figure out how my bypass tool is supposed to work lol like i get the theory, but in practice, I cant do it. Thanks for the video! It counts!! Thats why I specifically left it up to yall to pick the technique. I wanted to see all kinds of stuff.
@@DocExMachina I had the same problem at first, and I watched a video and a guy recommended using a bump hammer, and after inserting it as far as you can, you need to slightly turn it counterclockwise as you tap it in and then once it seats itself, you should be able to turn it clockwise with the same force as you would the key to pop the shackle open and that’s how I learned to do it. That lock in he video has been bypassed so many times it has a little section worn out so the bypass popped right into the slot so all things considered. It looks easier than it is but that’s why I chose that lock. I have other locks I can bypass, but sometimes it is hard to get that bypass tool in, and sometimes it’s just impossible to get it for some reason. I’m guessing better tolerances in the fit between core and actuator. Anyway, I hope this helps a least a little… Love Ya Doc maybe I’ll try to do a video on it sometime and I can show the inside of the lock and show why it’s so easy on this one and not others etc 🤷🏻♂️
Very nice and a couple of well deserved shoutouts.
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thanks for watching!!!
