    Here's an uninterrupted version of a booking mock call practice. The customer Stephen wants to book rooms for four people. The problem is, he doesn't know which room to book. Candace, the call center agent, will help him find the best rooms based on his requirements.

    I am going to have a test from LQA Team to check and scored our standard service. I am also nervous for this next examination and try to search all related video from TH-cam to learn more about it. By chance, I saw your video and I learned alot from it.     That email is a "secured link" as opposed to "secure link". Just a minor discrepancy. Over all, great. If I were to call a customer service number, I want to hear that kind of voice. 👏👏👏

    this is a reservation process for a hotel booking and didn't even reconfirm how many nights the guest will be staying. already an audit. you just took the check in date, room rate per night per room, number of occupants, and number of rooms. make the details complete next time. I know you aim to teach about the call flow but at least set a good example in completing the details. Because in real life, guests tells you over the phone how many nights they'll be staying and even lets you compute the total amount. Please make it more realistic next time.

    I have a question regarding to the confirmation of guaranteed booking. You mentioned that there will be an email link for the guest to enter their card information. Then, how will the guest know if the hotel already receives their payment and if their booking has been guaranteed? Will they receive an email or a call?

      Hi Laura, not to be rude or anything, but the process itself was shown as an example, and different accounts have different processes, so therefore it is not relevant. But to answer your question, the company has its own system regarding the payment, and in general terms, they are called the "accountings team," and I can guarantee that this would be out of scope for your type of support if you're working in a travel agency account. The key point to absorb here is how "Candace" handled the customer's concern. Which were:
      1. Acknowledge the cu's concern (state willingness to help), or if something bad happens, etc., make sure you empathize with the cu.
      2. Ask probing questions to further know what the customer needs.
      3. If the customer is unsure, you can provide a suggestion, or if it is below their budget, offer an alternative.
      4. Once you've gathered and solved the cu's concern, do a quick recap.
      5. Ask if there is anything else that you can be of service to.
      6. Thank the cu, then close the call.

Do you believe that working in a calle center will improve my english skills? i mean, to be fluent in the language? i will start in two days, the training but first aff all they will give me an intensive curse of english.

      The answer could be yes or no. You will not know unless you try. So proceed with the training and see what happens. :) I'll also upload a video this week on how to improve your English so i hope you'll get something from it.
