- Make a Simple Nunchucks easy way using Two Wood Sticks
This is a very easy way to make a nunchuck. It only takes to few minutes to make it. Here I used wooden sticks for comfortable and for more safety. Enjoy the video and try to make your own nunchucks
and train for your self defense.

Довольно долгая работа с верёвкой. Я делаю узелки на одной палке, шнур лучше синтетический округлёный. Но у вас тоже неплохо получилось...видимо рука уже набита 👍

Nice video--one thing though; I always leave approximately 3/4 of an inch for every inch of palm width, between the chucks.
A 4 inch palm width (.75 X 4 = 3 inches) would allow 7 inches between the chucks. I understand everyone is different. Some prefer a longer chuck length than 12 inches--I understand this also. For me, the space between the chucks is also meant for hand grabbing (your attacker's hand) and could also be useful as a sleeper choke, plus the extra cord length makes them easier to control. Obviously everyone can choose as they please, just remember, these are for self defense. Many enjoy cheer leading baton twirling exhibitions and this is fine---in self defense you never want to let go of your chucks and you want maximum control as well. This is how I train--as if my life, and the lives of those I care about, depended on it.
Most traditional and Bruce lee's chaku were almost 8-10 inch between ..as to also wrap around attackers neck.. also you see bruce hang them around his own neck and hang straight down, this also gave him more swinging distants.. it depends on if you are doing performance or actual life.. i prefer a 8-9 rope or 10 link chain
