For everyone who is saying it is foot work, when you get up to 7 a side you can lift the foot you landed on as long as you don't put it down before you release the ball
@@avengershawarmasquad2049 there's an argument that my mentor spoke about which is if the landed foot progresses closer to the goal; 1. grounded part at the moment of ball capture is the toe -heel off the ground- when receiving ball with shooters back to the goal, 2. then rolling back onto the heel, 3. then pivoting to the hoop swinging the toe around whilst maintaining a grip with the heel. an average distance gained would almost amount to the equal of 2 lengths of a player's foot... I teach my players to use that distance gained both inside and outside the circle

The technique is the same for every one. You just need to make the right one up for you. I made up one where the ball starts from my chest. I kept practising and now I get it in every time. I’m not very tall either. Hope this helps.

Are you allowed to jump to shoot in netball? Are you allowed to use the same shot motion as a free throw in basketball?
I'm really good at defending, but terrible at schooting in matches this shoukd hopefully helpx
