I just realized that everyone is proud of Deku for mastering one for all in like a few months, yet bakugo mastered it in less than 10 minutes x

Well, full cowling was based on Bakugo's movements, and Bakugou did say after their second fight that hell also pay more attention to everyone's improvement and quirks. (Of course, that'll include Izuku.) Plus Bakugou has a quirk so most of OFA's destructiveness went to his explosions.
That might be because Deku never had experience with quirks ?!? While bakugo had experience when he was a kid and I can imagine how hard it is trying to master such a good quirk with no experience !!

A way to remember them:
All for one - he takes power from others, in the name “All” is all the quirks, when you add “for one” it’s him taking all the quirks, for himself
One for all - the “one” means it’s one quirk, when you add “for all” it’s one quirks that can get passed around to all/ everyone

The start of the year is before any of these events, including meeting the past users in his dream. I think the movie that this fight is in around season 3 or 4. Only Deku knows about All Might as the past users. So, he has never seen the past users... (if any information is wrong, sorry :') )
