Hi mike,i bought a 3310...sometimes it works fine,i can recieve calls and then suddenly it loses signal and shuts off for 2 seconds...regain signal and network...then the same happens over and over. Sometimes it says "sim card not accepted" something like that. Could this be the perhaps the modern sim card causing probs? I would love ur feedback
There could be a cold solder on the motherboard causing this; that’s possible to occur over time. But it’s just my guess, I’m no expert on phone repairs - unfortunately for myself. SIM cards, on the other hand, haven’t really changed over time, at all; so, I wouldn’t see a problem there. But, you can always try and find an older one and test it.
