Cataclysm 100% (Geometry Dash)

I did a thing.
Extreme Demon #4 nice. This level also is my 200th demon so double score. I guess I'll start by saying the level is fine; certainly legendary for its time but since then has kinda just become a meh level for me. It was literally an RNG demon for me in the sense that it took not too long to learn and I even got a run from 35-100 in less than 300 attempts. But after that I just got unlucky trying to keep consistent and it really didn't feel up to me when it came to beating it. So it took another ~1k attempts until it finally paid off and I got lucky. I don't really like when levels are left to chance like that in my own experience playing this game. I think honestly I had more fun playing ICDX which just seems crazy to me. I'm also not sure if it's harder than Sky Tech but one of those two is my hardest; just not sure which. Not super fun to beat but satisfying regardless. I don't think I'll ever play a GGBoy level ever again.
I also just want to state how far it feels like I've come in the game after beating this level. When I first starting playing GD, Cataclysm literally was the hardest level ever. It was like staring at a giant and I couldn't see myself ever getting the skill to beat it. Lo and behold, it took nearly a decade but I conquered the giant. This isn't as impressive as it would've been a while ago but it still took effort and determination to make it this far and for that, I'm proud. Maybe in another 9 years I'll finally beat tidal wave lol. Bloodbath is probably going to be next up.
