Sir m an ex-ranji player, I am playing season ball cricket after 8-10 years. I have gain a lot of weight.. body balance seems to be shaky. I am finding difficulty in getting into the sweeping position due to my bulkiness how do I sit, can't get down body is just not able to balance. Kindly advise..
