      Kitchen Rule: Always any kind of pulses, grams, rice or wheat before you grind it should be roasted. In the same way before you roast it should be washed n soaked and nicely dried up in the sun. That's the procedure. The reason; it'll be cleaned, become soft, easy to roast n grind, nutrients remains, so blades of the grinder jar life span will be increased.

      Then sun dry. Roast the ingredients separately. Then mix together.

    Pls don't use all these ingredients for below 1year baby. I tried for my baby and she couldn't digest it all. It was very heavy and her skin complexion changed . it was difficult to identify which ingredient triggered allergic to her since we used multiple ingredients..it is advisable to use each pulses separately before grind all these together and see to an allergic reaction.

      5 months complete aana piragu solid food kuduka aaraminga. First rice kanji, gothumai kanji, ragi kanji , Thani thaniya kudunga. Appo tha kuzhanthaiku digest aagum. Suppose ethavathu othukala stop pannitu konjam naal wait panni thirumbaum kudunga. Entha kanji ellam baby ku ennum problem ellana health mix kudunga. 8 month ku piragu health mix kudunga. Thanks

    good video. before starting nutrition food supplement, the baby MUST take de-worming (naakupoochi) tablet or syrup paediatric with doctor's recommendation. if not the worms will swollow the food and become strong and increase their families. so the baby will suffer from pot belly, stomach pain, anemia, lean body with pot belly (nonjan). this information you have failed to tell all mothers. so on behalf of you I have informed this to all mothers. the mothers should not shy away from feeding their babies at least for 3 years for excellent mental growth and immunity. for obvious reasons nowadays mothers stop breast feeding after 6 months. it is really very bad. if they stop breast feeding after 6 months, there are chances of breast cancer for some mothers. then additionally the baby from 1 year must take beet, carrot, spinach...pasalsi keerai, murungai keerai and arai keerai without fail. poovan banana, koyya, maatulai also must, must, must. the baby Must drink piecemeal sips of boiled water then and there in spoons to avoid dehydration and to maintain fluid level. also follow strict hygiene instructions. I bless all innocent babies in the world for a healthy life.

      People think that adding more ingredients will give more nutrients, but the fact is not true.. if I am adding 15 ingridients equal quantity, one serving will divided into 15. So in 15 gram of flour has each one gram of nutrients in it.     It's a very valuable video, but each ingredient should be, I repeat, should be washed and dried. Try washing the ragi and see how much dust comes out and how many times you had to wash for getting somewhat clear water.I'm going to use the measurements you have given for making this mix for my daughter. But will wash and sprout the ingredients. Thanks

      6 months varaikkum vachirukkalam.. Konjam difference onnum problem illa.. Badam, cashew ellam kammiya than irukkanum.. Innum konjam ingredients kuda optionala sethikalam.. See the ingredient list

      Yes. Wash and sundry all the ingredients except nuts, cardamom, dry ginger.

      If you think it is too dirty, then rinse and dry it, then dry roast.. Otherwise it is not necessary..mostly it is not necessary..
