Shinichi San. I got covid Feb 2020 and have long COVID. I am retired but made my living with a scalpel so i understand the science. Pushing yourself is the worst thing you can do. It will only make you more fatigued the next day. You need to rest. When you're active sit down as soon as you feel fatigue and rest. The more you push the greater chance that your symptoms will last longer. Rest and get well
These are my favorite videos of yours. You guys always make it feel like we are walking with you. I love seeing the neighborhoods and markets. I'm glad you are feeling better! The energy will come back eventually and the walking helps. Love you guys! ❤❤
Hope you’re starting to feel better. I had COVID in June. While my symptoms were very mild, it took about a month to fully recover. It was a reminder to me to show down and take care of myself. Lesson learned. Rest, eat good food, and try not to over exert yourselves. Take care.
I hope you start feeling better soon. Don’t push yourself too hard take your time. Unfortunately I’ve heard of people having lasting issues after having Covid. I pray you are not one of them and you just need some time. Please rest and take your time. We will all be here when you get back. We will watch whatever you want to show us.❤️ To answer your question about living in Japan. I would love it! The apartments may be small but I’m one person and I don’t need a lot of room. You have so much beauty in Japan.
After living in Washington, DC, for many years, I'd definitely live in Nakano or Koenji, especially if I could have a balcony or somewhere to have a few plants. Such interesting and convenient areas, and not too different than neighborhoods in many large cities around the world. I'm sorry you're still feeling tired and listless, Shinichi, and I'm glad you brought Satoshi to help keep you safe. It's wonderful how you rely on one another.👍 Please rest and recuperate. Sending good vibes for a quick return to full health and energy. Love to you both. 💙💙
It is totally normal to be tired. COVID takes so much for your body to fight off. I had COVID about 3 months ago and I am still having issues with fatigue. Please take it easy. Give your body time to recover.
Please take time to rest and recover. Theses weeks after getting covid can be crucial to possibly having long covid. The more you rest, the better to prevent it. We love you and pray for your recovery!
I would love to have the opportunity to live in Tokyo again! When I was younger, I was able to spend extended time visiting and living in Harajuku. It was so nice and Nakano and Koenji look equally nice! Thank you for sharing your walk and please take it easy so you can heal properly. 🌺aloha🌺
It’s actually quite important not to push yourself too much after Covid-over exertion after a Covid infection can increase your chances of developing long Covid symptoms. So try and take it easy if you can! This is true for mental exertion as well!
Had a really relaxing time on this little walk about town. I’m very, very glad you pushed yourself!!! It was well worth it to see you both out and about 💯👏🏼🥳☔️💕
I am going to start watching your walks when I walk the treadmill at the YMCA so I will actually be walking with you. I SO love these walk videos!! ❤❤❤
You'll need many more days to fully recover. Don't push yourself to get back to normal energy too quickly. Take care, and wishing you complete recovery soon.
Love the backstreets of Tokyo with the Nezu/Yanaka area being my all time fave. Tons of shrines and small shops to explore. Hope you guys can do a video there someday.
It took me 1 month to get over my cough and it took me like all most two months to fill any energy just hang in there I have no precautions I got omicron in July 25 first time and it nock me down really good .. eat healthy your energy will come back
Love these vids! I was tired after Covid as well. It's good to build your stamina with walking. Start with weightlifting at home too. We're getting to that age, it's sneaking up on us, but at least the remedy is fairly easy.
I also got Covid and after I was no longer had it I was very tired and coughed all the time. My doctor told me that the tiredness can last a little over a month. Just relax and NOT over do it. But this is not uncommon. So please sleep when you feel like it. I slepted and also just stayed in bed and turned on the TV. But my Doctor reassured me that it was common.
Hi boys! It’s so nice to see you out and about. I’m so sorry that you’re both still so tired. I’m so happy that you get to get away from Nakano for a minute. A change in scenery will do you both good! Please take care ne! Eat lots of healthy food(s). Love you both so much! Odaijini shite kudasai!
I've had covid 2020, and like you just got aug 8th, do not over tire yourself, the next day your fatigue will be worse. I'm still tired, not as bad. last time took a couple months. the brain fog is worse where you can't come up with names for stuff you know. I loved the blue coloring of the apt house also.
I caught Covid in spring and wasn't too bad, but 3 months later I'm still easily fatigued. I'm also using a daily asthma inhaler twice a day and an emergency inhaler for walks. So an asthma inhalers after Covid might be helpful for you as well.
Hi Shinichi missed the premiere working late. Glad to see you guys back out walking. Enjoy the Urban walks love seeing the different styles of houses and buildings. Look forward to more videos Arigato 😀👍
We are going to get rain in the first time in ages. Two extremely wild fires in California. There is a tropical storm south of That will be causing high winds and flooding in areas. It is getting very scary. Pray for all fire fighters and emergency units in California
1:37 What does the 文 kanji painted on the streets mean? I have seen that Kanji many times. Does it have something to do with schools? I have seen Google map use this kanji for schools.
Take it slow when I had covid was sick so bad 3 weeks lost 6 pounds as could not eat its taken me a year to get better my 3 kids had very mild symptoms but it hit me hard .Please take your time to recover lots of fluids and sleep .

Shinichi I am wondering if you can talk to us about the new rules around self guided tours and coming to Japan. I'm heating heaps of rules about coming to Japan which is sooo confusing!
I tested positive for Covid July 15th and am still struggling. My oxygen levels aren’t up as far as they should be and I feel like you described maybe check yours? Oh and my taste and smell still hasn’t come back.
"Could you guys live in a place like this?" I'd LOVE to live in a place like that. I wish I could live in one of the older houses you past on your walk. I don't want a big house. I just want an old house.
Please don't push yourself! Its normal to have fatigue afterwards for a while, so give yourself time to recover and take it easy!

Wasn’t expecting you to have a premiere today! Sorry. I did get up around 5ish but didn’t see you video premiere so went back to sleep, lol
I enjoy watching your and Satoshi’s videos, especially the walking ones. Question for you though, what do some of the markings on the road mean?
1:37 What does the 文 kanji painted on the streets mean? I have seen that Kanji many times. Does it have something to do with schools? I have seen Google map use this kanji for schools.

I would live there, but damn it costs $11,250 just to visit, and I'm a visual artist and have a very hard time seeing my work pay off.
Can I know what camera u use to make this video?? Tqq
"Could you guys live in a place like this?"
I'd LOVE to live in a place like that. I wish I could live in one of the older houses you past on your walk. I don't want a big house. I just want an old house.

Hi having breakfast with you, my toast and cheese and coffee. ☕️😄❤️
2800yen for grapes? Isn't that like $21 dollars? How is that a good price?
Shinichi'san and Satoshi'san, からだ を おだいじに。(take care)
tbh, I couldn't live in Japan, becasue I need wide sidewalks. *welps*
But you guys should rest!
Would I live in Tokyo? I have the equivalent of 4 lots in Japan with a 2-bedroom house which I bought for the cost of 9701335 YEN. So, no!!!
- -- - Shinichi.....you look very pale and sick !
