Re: the gambling discussion - I don't know if they gave the streamers favourable odds, BUT they did give them way more money to spend on gambling, which is just favourable odds by default. You'll win more if you have more money to spend and get more chances to win.

it makes 100% sense, just like every 50/50 raffle at a school but they are upfront where half of the money goes and there is no guarentee the winner wont decide to "donate" said money to the school or w/e org is hosting the raffle. and don't forget the gov gets a % of whatever you win... so anyone that gambles alot effectively pays the gov twice as much as everyone else making the same amount even if they feel like they "win big" a few times

Base damage of empowered Hestia attack (when the aspect is fully upgraded) is 150. Shackle (when fully ranked up) increases that by +100%, that is, doubles it to 300, and Chaos attack and dash-strike are added on top of that. However, these don't count as part of the "base damage" because they modify it; even if it's in effect the whole time, shackle is still considered basically the same as something like shadow presence or boiling blood. 150 is a "base damage" number because empowered shot is a unique attack rather than a modifier to the regular one. I'm actually seeing him deal significantly more than 300 to louts in Tartarus before the Chaos comes online, so I'm not sure where the extra is from. But if the attack does more than the enemy's remaining HP, the number that displays is the lower of the two. So the "308" number that appears is actually the full health bar of the un-armored louts. (The armored ones, once the armor is removed, say "383".)
I'm in no way defending lottery tickets but like, say you're poor and desperately need money, you're gonna take that chance out of necessity until you either win (very unlikely) or lose all your money. yes it's not the best use of money but you still need it! it's predatory as hell

And instead of going home and trying to build yourself back up. you play until you have to file for bankruptcy and go to your mom's house. On the other hand, you just buy lottery tickets at the gas station. It's not far from home. At least, that's how I imagine it. Lol. Gambling is illegal in my state. I think the real problem is that they treat it like a lifestyle over at fancy schmancy casinos. Not saying it SHOULD be illegal, as it creates a lot of opportunities for a great many people. But I think it should at least be regulated how much you can afford to lose based on your bank statements. Or something of the sort lol.
