Anywhere in India except the south there seems to be diversity. Mumbai- ,Delhi,cal- biryani, kababs, south Indian,…. South seems v. boring and restricted .

Oh, there are plenty of kabab and biryani places but we chose to eat Kerala food because we were visiting from USA and wanted to eat our local food. This video is not a comprehensive picture of the variety available across south India. Also, comparing Delhi, Bombay cities to entire south India is not fair. Bangalore is pretty diverse. Please do not form your opinion about south India based on a short 5 min video.

Seems like South Indians eat only their cuisine - same old idli, dosa ,vada and rice etc.
Haven’t evolved much in terms of going with global cuisines
