I got home at 3am, got into bed, put this on and I was out cold within a few minutes. Just watched for the second time. 1:26 The gentle bottle tapping is so tingly. I've said so many times you do the best slow and gentle taps. 5:30 The plastic cup sounds amazing with your nails (and I love the colour). 12:30 Loved the face tracing with the puff ball. 14:05 Those wooden combs always sound great brushed through hair. 18:38 The face massage with the layered sounds is always one of your best tbh. Gold standard of personal attention! 25:11 That look you did to the camera as you said "looks like you're sleeping" 😁 Another one added to the Flu fave list! 👌🏼

I've been diagnosed with a generalized anxiety disorder recently and these days are very hard for me. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and everynight I fall asleep to this particularly video and everytime I wake up in the middle of the night feeling anxious, I watch it again and again and it makes me feel better. So thank you for that🤍
