You guys make a great point like how people seem to easily forget the tragedies or events of the past and end up making the same mistakes or falling back into the same patterns. Its why History should be a mandatory subject imo. As a history buff, it amazes me how much I see people falling into the same traps and situations as we've already been through, and should have learned from, but clearly don't. Its super frustrating.

My severely autistic non verbal daughter is going insane because her whole routine is fucked up, I found out I need my ovary removed in two weeks because of a mass, I'm sick with the flu, behind on bills, and last night my kitchen sink literally fell in! So had to pay for that to be fixed. So yeah I've been very down, and your podcasts always cheer me up, even when Ethan says things that scare me, lol. Love you guys!

I work for a travel agent in the UK - we own our planes, and we are suffering hard - there is no money coming into the business because no one is buying holidays, and we are loosing money as we are refunding people money after money - that’s why the travel industry is suffering/failing

I work for Amazon, and they have separated the tables in the break room and we have our stand ups at the beginning of the shift over the intercom now so we’re not standing together. There are Clorox wipes and sanitizer at every station as well. We’re also not being penalized for not showing up or for leaving early. And we got a pay raise, some may think this isn’t enough but for me I’m very grateful I even have my job still and be able to pay my bills and stock up on food and supplies for my little family.
LazyRare yeah been working for Amazon for about 9 months now. I work the night shift 8:15pm-4:45am at a warehouse in Colorado. Not the easiest schedule but I’ve adjusted and make a decent amount. Honestly when I started it was just going to be a summer job to help my family out but now I’m a full time employee🤷🏼♀️

Honestly Ethan can joke but my family is safer because I heard these two talking about how we should be more serious about this like a month ago... and I took him seriously and passed that information to my family and we stocked up on essentials weeks before everyone panic bought, we stopped going out into crowds before the government told us to etc. We’re all higher risk for various reasons. So yeah, thanks for the heads up guys. Seriously.

I work for Amazon, and they have separated the tables in the break room and we have our stand ups at the beginning of the shift over the intercom now so we’re not standing together. There are Clorox wipes and sanitizer at every station as well. We’re also not being penalized for not showing up or for leaving early. And we got a pay raise, some may think this isn’t enough but for me I’m very grateful I even have my job still and be able to pay my bills and stock up on food and supplies for my little family.

LazyRare yeah been working for Amazon for about 9 months now. I work the night shift 8:15pm-4:45am at a warehouse in Colorado. Not the easiest schedule but I’ve adjusted and make a decent amount. Honestly when I started it was just going to be a summer job to help my family out but now I’m a full time employee🤷🏼♀️
