@@garfle1959 Ok contrary to what you may think i wasn't born yesterday. Offcourse i know they didn't have home computers to do copy and paste the way we do it today way back in 1966. However i did use the word literally cause that's how they did it. They recorded some stuff then they cut the tape with a scissor and after been repeating that they put pieces together and created, what we today call, the first drum loop.

Yes Ringo did play all the way through but all four of them created loops for their instruments and Ringo plays exactly the same all through the song. In my opinion it's a drum loop since it's the same pattern so to speak on and on during the entire song. If it's not the correct of me to call it a loop so be it.
