I've been to Kyoto twice and it's one of my favorite city in Japan. I wind up staying across the street from Toji Temple but I never got to check it out because I don't think they're opened every day. It's actually quite far from Kyoto Station. It is about a 15 min ride by bus which were extremely packed during sakura season. Toji Temple also has a large flea market that is open 21st of each month.
I’m going to Japan next month and Kyoto for 2.5 days🤩 thanks for dropping this video at such a perfect timing!! It’ll be so AMAZING if I ever run into you while i’m in Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka💕😭
I went to Kyoto when I was really little so I don’t really remember anything. There’s always too many places to go to in Japan that I haven’t made it back yet. I’ve been wanting to go as an adult so this video is perfect for me 🤩
My favourite part of Kyoto is just sitting at the river bank (At the monkey park side, not the shopping street side) of Arashiyama River and just enjoy the winds and scenery of the hill.
If anyone is heading to Japan in October or later, the Nintendo museum will be open in Uji as well. You just have to deal with the lottery system to hopefully get tickets.
Hi I loved your video, you helped me so much with all your great information I am an American male living in Maui hi I am leaving for Kyoto and osaka this week first time to Japan! You are very sweet and beautiful person and Kind I am going alone and have booked two tours and Japanese spas and massages. Regards
Thank you for posting this video, I went to half the places you mentioned, but some I didn't get a chance to go, but will check them out on my next trip up to Kyoto.
I am using your videos to plan my trip as I am sure many others do, and it would be helpful if you could keep the name of the spot described for longer than 5 secs so i can write it without constantly pausing
love your video! as im going to japan soon, im planning to visit kyoto for 1 or 2 days. how many days did u need to visit all the places mentioned in this video?
Amazing tour, love the uji greentea😊🌱🌱🌱🌱kyoto do have greentea fields too from obubu and wazuka😊 for arashiyama i like renting bicycle and visit the snow monkees macais🐵🐒 i love fushimi inari shrine(also famous from the movie memoirs of the geisha)😊and kitsune fox park, and the catcafe next to the children shrine.
Hi Kim I love your sky blue dress where you got it ? And I went to Kyoto during dem it was pretty but I wish I knew and the green tea place will visit again
I love the editing, color, and quality of the video, and you are very pretty. Can I offer some advice? When you mention the name of said place to visit, can you please include a little snippet of a google maps picture to show the approximate location so we can visually see where it is in said location? Keep up the good work!
can you advise which destinations can be batched per day? i'll be staying in kyoto for 3 nights 2d as the 3rd day we'll be headed straight to Nara -> Osaka. Thank you!
Hi Kim! We are travelling with kids. Is ur itinerary in chronological order and can be done in one day? I want to copy it ❤ If not, in what order should we visit this coz we only have one day then the next day we visit Nara Tia Great video as always❤
Ok so I need help. there’s this song I’ve been trying to find for SO LONG and a lot of Japanese vloggers use it in there backgrounds and it’s almost like one summers day but like upbeat and it’s like this soft electronic cooing and if somebody could me out that’d be GREAT. Also this vid is great :]
Hi Kim, with the romantic train when I book the train, departure St -Saga and arrival St - Arashimaya or Kameoka St? Im not sure which arrival St should I choose if I'm going to the bamboo Grove? Kameoka St which is the last stop I believe and the longest ride.
It really depends on your budget and how much you want to spend. I’ve traveled on a budget before and was comfortable with around $5000aud for a month but that was me living very cheap in hostels and eating cheap meals everyday
I'm going to ask a dumb question. When you go to most of these places around Japan, can you use an American visa card, or will you always need cash? Thanks if you respond. I love your videos 🩷🩷
I do use my credit card a lot now in Japan. Most restaurants/shops do take them but also carry cash with you just incase. The shrines/temples is usually cash only

not sure why you would take the bus. It's a 15 minute walk from the station as well

Sis, what mic did you use when you narrated this?
What is the quickest way to get to kiyomizu-dera from kyoto station?
I want to spend at least 2 weeks in Japan. How much money should I save up for the trip?
Exclude air fare...about ¥30K to 40k a day for decent hotel, food, general shopping , etc ... If you going with a friend can split the hotel bill
