Thank you for your tutorials and sharing your talents with us. I started sewing again after 35 years when I purchased your book “Sew Useful”. Excellent book for beginner or experts. Made the cover picture as a sewing tote and use it daily.
Hi Debbie, Great perspective of how the measurement can alter depth. I've made bowl cozies & in my mind I wanted them narrower & stand up higher. 3/4 to 1 could do that. I have a tendency to cut things larger too so now I know a circle of 10 is useful. US works in inches but my rulers do metric too.
Love these little bowls. Your pattern & description is so easy to follow. Great little make for presents.

Am going to make a few and fill with sweets for Xmas gifts XX
This looks like what I need to do for a coffee cup! Making the darts longer and wider?
Love it thank you 😊
Great tutorial thank you for doing them XX
Was thinking can I put bias binding on the top ?
Yes, but it must be cotton if going into the micro.
Fabulous Debbie so easy to follow , can I ask ? Did you make your top ? If so where did you get the fabric?
Thank you in advance ❤️
I didn’t make it I’m afraid…
@@debbieshore I too love the top and was hoping you would say "yes, here's my pattern! It looks so comfy! xx
Большое спасибо за прекрасный мастер класс
You could adjust this to make a hat! Using bigger circle and diamond shaped dart (for brim).
love it. could I use wadding or will that be too floppy to use. also what about any interfacing. as I haven't got any fleece.
how about wadding and interfacing? Put them together and see hoe firm they feel...
@@debbieshore I have used floppy wadding and interfacing
Is this just under an inch by a quarter inch ? 2 cm as well ? Ty
Adorei!💐
I'm still trying to figure out how to get a 10" circle....
Use a bigger plate turned upside down or a pot cover/lid. 💃🏾
@@miiii50 thanks
