So the plant on 5:39 is actually a variegated ginger not a song of india. Song of india is a type of Dracaena.

That's what I thought too but when she called the owner she said it's a Song of India which is a Dracaena. It does look like variegated ginger to me. She may have gotten it mixed up on the phone
