Lumine Passes Out After Smelling Sumeru Incense Cutscene In Genshin Impact

This is a cutscene in Genshin Impact where Lumine Or Aether accidentally smells Sumeru Incense and passes out.

Had to stop shortly after because I had to go out. Was it ever explained why the traveler passed out among smelling... whatever that was?

I forgot the exact details but they pretty much had an allergic reaction/ some people just get hallucinations and pass out when they smell that incense
