Thanks for doing the requested comparison! I am not entirely sure if the Good ending in 3&K is the same considering the Sonic and Knuckles version of it has been used. The first cutscene is accurate enough though, i do not remember seeing Super Sonic at the end of the credits. That is what i was wondering.
