Did you mount the wd box behind where your middle glove box is? I'm doing mine now and mounted it there but haven't put plastics back on to see if it's in the way
@@mudandgutsoffroad Great video Neil but when I open up the dash plug there are no wires in pin 6 & 7 and I don't see any extra in the harness back about 4 inches that I removed the covering from, do you switch any other pins/wires around or should there just be 2 more wires?
@@jacapert there is two wires in the new harness that plugs into those spots. Sorry the instructions wasn't very clear at this step so I just took the gamble and slid them in so I didn't get good video of it. I guess I got lucky cause they worked fine on first try.
Hey Neil, I’ve got everything on this kit installed and just curious which wire you connect to which on the plug behind the gauge cluster. Black to 6 and red to 7? Or black to 7 and red to 6? Thanks in advance
What i did was install the wires then make a quick test before putting everything back together. What those wires do is make the dash indicators light up i believe.

I mounted it behind the gauge cluster. Not center dash. I got other stuff mounted there.

I can’t figure out what to do with the plastic pins that are removed 8:40...not very clear at this step.
There's two wires that plug in where you remove the pins. That's what makes the signal inductors on the dash work.

Honestly I don't remember. I do remember the instructions didn't tell this either. I wish I could be of more help sorry.
