No, you absolutely do not, what? Unless you have ungodly speed in your substats, she needs at least 134 speed to get value. Feixiao wants to be fast, man, running a 115-120 speed Feixiao is going to feel awful, it’ll probably add at least 1 cycle to every single one of your clears, if not more!

@@evanprimeau3810 You clearly dont know anything about this char. Ofc you can use both speed or attack boots, but most of her stacs she will get form her allies taking turns like archon. If you see most guides out there its pretty split how to build her.

@@FlekaZzz I don’t want an insult slinging contest here, so I want to be clear that I respect your opinion, I just want to make sure you understand how the multiplicative nature of FUA teams works. I’ve done an insane amount of theorycrafting on Feixiao, working out rotations and potential team comps, and I’ve found one very important constant among all of them: every turn Feixiao takes normally generates about 2-2.5 full stacks, sometimes a few more if you’re running sustainless. See, her talent resetting each turn she takes, alongside her Skill triggering her Followup for free, Will nearly always be enough to trigger Moze’s Followup, also potentially giving Aventurine enough stacks to Followup as well. If you’re running Topaz and Numby, she will basically ALWAYS fully advance Numby, and if you’re running March 7th, March triggers a free Followup once per turn when her Shifu attacks, getting 3 stacks from Feixiao’s Skill and 2 Follow-ups AND getting her own Followup, which again could give Aventurine enough stacks to Followup. Don’t even get me started on when you’re running a team with triple Hunt like Feixiao/Moze/Topaz/Aventurine, where her turn will advance Numby AND Moze, usually resulting in upwards of 7-8 attacks!
Essentially, Feixiao’s entire team wants to be attacking as often as possible, and that INCLUDES Feixiao. She isn’t like Acheron, who is basically just the Payoff of her team, and can afford to coast off of high speed allies due to the once-per-turn limitations in her kit: Feixiao is uncapped, there are some team combinations that can attack over 40 times in a single turn, and give her four Ults in the first cycle if built correctly. Also, keep in mind that attack is greatly devalued for Feixiao, due to her kit giving her 72% Attack for free, and even more so if she’s run with Robin. Speed is realistically the only real option for Feixiao’s boot slot after they removed 18 base speed from her.
