totally amazing. i love the way they interact with one another. imagine what would happened if anyone of them lose their parts. i think this is a lot tougher than soloing alone. perfect musicianship guys!! imo, the drums beats feels like going on forever even if it is only 4-minutes long, compare to a normal piece of music.
Absolutely quality stuff. I would love to be able to play half as good as that! I also love how their shirts are colour co-ordinated with their drums!!

Akira Jimbo in my opinion is a very underrated drummer, hes very tight and skillfull and i love his fills involving snare rolls and flams which he seems to like! Ive never heard of the other guy but he seemed cool!
No, I think that it's a smoother finish on that part of the cymbal, so it's reflecting light a different way, if you look closely, when Akira hits a cymbal, and you can see the underside of it, it has that ring, then all the sudden you see light and images reflecting off of it.

But I like Akira from the bottom of my heart, I love the soulful vibe of Derrick McKenzie, the great technique abilities of Jojo and the perfection and versatility of Colaiuta. Even, recently I discovered a new drummer called Arnaud Renaville, from Electro Deluxe. It's just amazing guy! I'm loving it! And what if we talk about great classics like Steve Gadd or Dave Weckl... It's hard to try to put them in a kinda' scale.
well, jimbo is one of the greatest drummers ever to play, but i wouldn't say underrated... since he makes just about every top ten drummer list made today. people know that he's good, don't worry.
