You forgot to include one hidden Glyph feature called Music Visualization. The trick is you need to create a contact named Abra, then assign that contact a ringtone. Then voila new settings called Music Visualization will appear in Glyph Interface settings.
I think the home screen app grid customization is not there anymore in nothing OS after the update. when I try to customise it, only "dark theme" is showing no " app grid". Now I guess I gotta use my old friend Nova launcher again.
Coming from Oneplus/Samsung, the way to access split screen in Nothing Phone is way to cumbersome. It's double tap task menu in Oneplus or two finger swipe in Samsung.

I do the exact opposite with the animation scales: use systemui tuner to set the duration scale to 1.25, the others I leave at 1, thus making the animations closer to the ones on iOS.
