Haha. What like take them out completely stealth? You still need to do a vid of your tyre information delete service!

Thanks very much. Im about to repaint the 1/4 panel and needed to remove these bits to get at the long metal trim that runs under the 1/4 window. I have a c pillar trim block spinning and was wondering if that metal strip can come off without removing the C pillar trim and vent? It almost feels like it slides length wise or snaps out? BGB says yank it out with a paint scraper but that's not working, even with considerable force. I'd like to say its age related maintenance but its a story that involves a 40 Ft Mercedes refrigerated truck changing lanes by braille. When internal clips snap I glue, replace the connection with velcro or scan and 3D print (usually in that order). But for external plastics, Im just not game to push it beyond the bending and squealing point if I don't know how the clip works.
    FYI:
    Full trims: unicraftauto.com/products/c-pillar-trim
Replacement blocks for fixing trims: th-cam.com/video/1arbOfkV2C8/w-d-xo.html
    Both are on backorder.

I’ll have a look for you on how to get the metal strip off. I didn’t go any further after making the video.
I’m sorry your car got damaged, good on you for fixing it yourself though.
Thanks for the links on the ‘c’ pillar bits. I’m going to try and find a way of fixing them with minimal tools so that everyone can do it at home and make a video on it.
