Hey man quick question, on your Camaro, do both left and right fans of the radiator turn on at the same time? Or do they both turn on at different times when in need? Because I’m turning on my vehicle but only one fan is spinning, never checked before if both turned on
Hey, so they should actually work independently. They have their own switches and relays. One will turn on at a lower tempature point then the other and then they have different speeds as temperatures rise. Usually if it's at operating temp and you have your a/c on then you will see both running but it's normal for only one to be going at low temp. Hard to verify as you drive but you can probably check after a long drive with ac on and then leave the car running when you stop to make sure both are working and one doesn't have a bad fuse.
My camaro wont start all the lights come on and radio n stuff and my driver window wouldnt go up unless i close car door and my check engine light flickering what do u think that could be
@toshibajohnson6656 That might be more the battery, like it's under charged or bad connection. Some electronics can still work even with a faulty battery it just won't have enough power to start the car. Might be good to go thru the fuses, especially the one I show, as well but if it's all those issues all of the sudden I am leaning toward battery. The window however might just be the power cut off they have when the door is open so that is usually normal for that to not let you adjust while it's open.
I have a SS and good volts new high performance starter starts good when it starts but sometimes after letting it sit for a few hours I get in the lights and everything come on everything reads good on volts but I’ll get no click no noting when I turn the key just the on the dash the rpm and stuff show as it had just been started but it’s not
@dobetter4271 Yeah that sounds similar to my issues. Replacing the fuses on mine 100% resolved my issue. It's not that it was blown it's just that it was worn enough to handle to voltage sometimes but not all times. Have you replaced the fuses yet? If so it might be related to the Ignition switch but if it's intermittent than that would also be worn connections so it's the same gamble but much more work so I'd for sure start with the fuses.
@@picklesgarage okay, I know my radio don’t work no more it was out but started working after my new started then stop again and my ac controls and lights dose go off and back on sometimes everything else is great idk how to check the fuses ? Just wish it would start right whenever I need it to but you say yours did the same thing and fuses fixed it soo I’ll need to try that out
@dobetter4271 Yeah I'd start with the fuses because that sounds like some electrical problems. You can get a pack of them at the parts store. I'd try to pull one out like I show in the video with the fuse puller under the cover and then just match it to the new ones you buy. Helps to take pictures of what you are working on first but it should be like a 15 or so minute repair.
@@picklesgarageso I changed the fuses noting changed, car won’t start at all, all lights work great voltage great jumping it don’t work I can hear the click from the starter relay trying to tell the starter to turn over but nothing happens, it’s wired man I just want my car to work 😭 and when the did somehow start it starts good starter is very strong
@dobetter4271 That is strange, if it's starting sometime fine and other times not at all you might have a loose negative cable or maybe it's corroded. Battery should be good if you are getting volts but If you have a bad ground it won't start consistantly. Does that look ok?
