Thanks Skip and Sue, another informative video. Beautiful home. As most of us know, buy a house in the Villages, then be prepared to upgrade...for the amount they charge for a home you would think they could at least put handles on the cabinets. Noticed the ceiling fans are the village standards as well. They have done a lot already and should be proud.
This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. We originally had a hold on the house right next door, but ended up buying another one in the same neighborhood overlooking the second hole of the Loblolly golf course. We closed on it during the hurricane! And, we have a pretty good collection of golf balls even though we are by the tee boxes!! On the plus side, I am no longer intimidated about learning to play golf 🤗. We found your videos very helpful when we were considering a home in The Villages.

Skip, FYI - courtyard villas all come with full gutters. They may be the only spec built models TV builds with gutters already installed all around. Also, not sure how this one is in Linden or Monarch Grove when there are no golf courses over there. I'm guessing this was Patricia Villas in McClure and that's the Loblolly or Longleaf executive course in the back.
Agree - It looks like the house is near the practice putting greens for the Loblolly executive course in McClure. A very nice house by the way.
My 2014 Courtyard Villa (Monticello) model home did not come with gutters and it still doesn't have them as of today. My home is currently located in the Village of Charlotte.

Thank you for the video. Something I’m not used to seeing is having one side of the neighbor’s house actually in my backyard. It’s a little weird to me. What room is that window in on the neighbor’s house?

Skip is the house exterior walls made of poured in place concrete or Masonry Block with Stucco finish? I believe it is poured in place concrete as I noticed a repeat pattern on both Villas as you walked in between them.
Hi Skip! 1) The Villa model is a "modified Avondale". They appear to make changes to basic models sometimes -- depending on the lot size, shape and/or location. 2) This is a Courtyard Villa with all Bungalow Villas. They are concrete block with stucco finish. (vs. Cabana Villas which are wood frame with vinyl siding.) 3) We had The Solar Guys install the vents & garage fan, above garage blown-in installation, garage door reflective insulation and automatic solar attic fan. They have special pricing and discounts depending on what and how many you select. 4) Galaxy Home Solutions (Tony & Amanda) did our electrical work including installing new chandelier, adding electrical outlets and changing out to high-speed USB ports.
Linda is lovely! I have a feeling I would never get bored talking with her. Love the modern feel of the furnishings. Love the view. Absolutely beautiful home. Is the one next door for sale!

I believe that fan in the garage is called a whole house fan. In CA open windows at night and the fan draws the night cool air and blows hot out through the attic. Very efficient and economical.
What are the estimated costs for insulation and fans in the garage?
Depends on the size of garage... My 2 car without cart area was 350$...Solar fans and such depends on who installs them, approx. 500$.. Maybe Linda could comment !!!

You can park your car in your driveway. Small boats and if you work on your own car then while working on it you must be under roof.
Had a convection oven in my 5th wheel, my wife loved it. Bought a home in Del Webb , with convection, no comparison to microwave, way better, had to add handles to kitchen cabinets

Quit blaming snowbirds! They make your economy thrive. They bring good money with them, buy houses, rent houses, buy food in your grocery stores, eat in your restaurants, pay taxes etc. Florida thrives on tourism!
Lovely home...we could have done without the belching and no knowledge of even the basic yard plants like, ferns.. I’d suggest you sir, find someone to narrate these videos.
