I am impressed with the innovation and well thought out design of this range/ram rod. I shoot the .45 cal Paramount with the ELR POWERBELT bullets. I have found this combination to be extremely accurate. However, any improvement in consistent loading can only help. I’m very excited to try this new Rod.
Great product. What is the diameter of the stainless steel rod? Will it work with a 40 caliber muzzleloader with an owner furnished 40 caliber 10-32" jag?
Nothing new. This range rod came out in 2010 offered first by western powders ( still have the prototype) then knight rifles sold it, Lehigh defense and now cva.
Great range rod I’m huge CVA fan! But I have the same rod from knight from years past!! Hey great rod if you don’t own one you need one!!

Yes, It will work with a .40 caliber!
How about some rimfire rifles CVA? In the scout
They sell it for $150!!! Should be in the $30-50 range. The rod shouldn't be almost as much as the gun.
I like how CVA keeps their minds open and consistently trying to improve their products.
