JYPE is approaching the Global Trainees different. Instead of bringing foreigners (counting of Korean descent as Korean) they are producing locally/regionally: they already have Niziu (Japan). And coming up in 2023/24 are a Chinese boy group, a US/Canadian girl group and a LATAM group. So excited!

That's exactly why I am preparing myself to audition for jyp in the future :) Imo it's way better like this because they get to sing, dance and all the things that are related to kpop, but they don't have to change completely how they look and how they behave just to fit in the korean standarts and still be criticized lol

The part about how close they are and about how they trained together. In a Vlive BangChan said how he would train with Nayeon. So im guessing they did train girls and boys. It the Vlive he was pretty much saying how when STZ and TWICE were training they would speak in English and Nayeon would understand.

There is no such thing as 'best' company, every company has its pros and cons..
You’re doing a great job with these. And you have that one intangible quality that JYP artists have visually…their faces start to become more and more familiar and appealing as time goes on. I think this is probably the right company for you, but I know how astronomically difficult it will be to get in. But I bet you still have a shot just from how you are handling this channel.

I think this video is helpful for those who are very new to KPop. I think following JYPE for a year (literally October last year during TWICE's The Feels era), most of what mentioned here, I already know or have an idea. this video is more of personal opinion, mentioning some of the obvious stuff.
with that being said, I really like the tone of the MC, and the way she delivers her message, like you are talking to a friend. it doesn't sound too serious but also not messy.

I watched Chan's live and heard that it wasn't jyp overworking him, it was himself. The staff had to order him to take rest. I don't know if it's the same for other groups or individuals.

Hey can you make a video about how to find which company is perfect for you to audition for? I don’t know if I should try to audition for YG or JYP, which one is more open to foreigners, which one has better quality, which one will help their idols more, etc just everything you need to know. Also include other companies I just mentioned these two since they are the ones I’ve heard about

I’m encouraged! I have no affinity with Korea and my native language is not English, but I have slanted eyes and a beautiful face, with a little make-up I can look completely Korean and people always thought I was Korean or Japanese. I am preparing a program for about 6 months to improve my dancing, facial expressions and vocals while dancing, and after I am sure that I can do it, I will give my audition.
After all of that if i become an idol i will never forget you.

Hi sis (cause you are older than me), I just had one question in the ADOR audition site in the Google form its mentioned that we have to abide by the Korean law I m not Korean and idk anything about the Korean law and no offense what if they change the agreement so is it like safe for a person like me who doesn't know anything about the law?

Hey! Do you think I’d be able to audition as a half Asian (Japanese) half white (American) that looks more on the white side? I’ve been taking dance for awhile and I can sing decent (maybe?) I’m working on learning Korean but I’m not very good at it at all-dunno just wondering if I should bother auditioning?

This happened to me a lot before too! You just have the compress the files as much as possible.

In the Billboard article about SKZ the head of division 1 which is the division of SKZ was saying that they globally aim for the US market and this already worked for Oddinary which was the 3rd K-pop album ever which reached the 1st place on the Billboard 200 chart.

yes, it's possible that there was strict diet before (at least 7 years ago), but since this is a new video, I was hoping there's also new information if JYPE still has strict diet but it appears there's not enough research that happened, just using the same old story of ice-eating, lol
It's still relevant as those stories regard current, active idols
@@LuvieIrene yes, just thinking maybe there's new info coming from ITZY or NMIXX. ITZY's Ryujin on her debut had chubby cheeks and NMIXX's Jiwoo is kind of thick. JYP (Jin-Young Park) himself decided to add a cafeteria using organic ingredients for food in JYPE building because he cares for his employees (staff, trainees, idols) and it's free (discounted for former employees).
what I like about JYP (the owner) is that he is a father-figure. he explained why idols need to be lean and healthy (I think she mentioned it to Jihyo before). he did not force TWICE for a strict diet but he gave them reasons why they need to be healthy and the idols responded in their own will.
at least for now, I think JYPE is the best company when it comes to handling their trainees'/idols' health.
