Without a doubt, these are two of the best agencies, they have the most well-known groups and the quality of the songs they produce are so good that there is not a single group or soloist that is not known within their agency. they do very good promotions and are very active on the platforms, not to mention that they are also opening up much more to global talents, like people from vietnam and other places, their auditions do not exclude any person by gender, race or country ect. ( this is a text that has nothing to do with the above but I still want to write it ) If you are people who want to audition but do not feel safe because of their nationality or because they do not have any Korean genes, do not worry too much, because at some point these agencies will realize that as soon as they debut a foreigner with talent and without Korean blood , this will attract a lot of people's attention and thanks to it a lot of money for the agency, so it's only a matter of time for foreigners, brown-skinned people, ect. to enter the kpop industry. for example JYP a few months ago debuted a group called NMIXX that became well known in Latin America for knowing Spanish and being able to speak it well. and it is that jyp knew that this would bring more sales. who knows maybe he is more open to debuting people of this type, we just have to wait for the American group to debut to see what they are going to surprise us with.

I think YG is a really good company, a lot of person are critizing YG ent. for not giving BlackPink comebacks but like Irene said, YG does prefere Quality over Quantity ALSO ! They had problems with their CEO and we can see that when the problem with Yang Hyunsuk started , YG didn't gave comeback to ALL of their artists not only BlackPink (Idk if y'all understand what I'm saying). However the girls had an occasion during this time to do their solo, or models/actress carrer which is good, they didn't make them overwork. For the weight thing idk if it's actually still on because Lee Suhyun of AKMU isn't underweight of anything also, some Treasure members had talk about how they gained weight without pressure, I think like JYP, YG have evolued . Like Irene said, YG probably look for flow/charisma more than visual (Maybe i'm wrong, tell me if you think so) I also think YG don't have problem with non-asian foreigner , I'm not sure though. Their groups song are mainly Focus on edm songs and a multiple artist having that a lot of comeback with that same kind of music people will get tired out.
