Today i am going to share the recipe of most easy Eggless Mango cake. It is very simple and easy method and ingredients used here are easily available in our kitchen. So do try this delicious and mouthwatering recipe and share your experience with me.

~Ingredients~
Measuring Cup used is of 200 ml
Cake tin used is of 6" diameter
Maida or refined flour- 1 and 1/2 cup
Mango- 1 big sized
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence- few drops
Salt- 1/2 tsp(optional)

Today is world baking day so, HAAAAAPIEST WORLD BAKING DAY to you ma'am! I'm gonna try this cake for my family of crazy mango lovers ❤️✨
EDIT : I baked this and it turned out so yum! The mango glaze adds a very beautiful yellow colour to the cake naturally and it's so fluffy. I wish I could share a picture tho 😅

I just made this cake! My mom was craving for a good mango cake and i finally made it today using this recipe. Instead of glazing it on top, i cut the cake from the middle and put the glaze in as a frosting. It was heavenly. I baked it at 180degrees for 30mins plus 8-10mins on 150degrees as the cake was a bit raw from the inside. It had a beautiful mango flavour and it was so soft and spongy. My family loved it. Thankyou for much for the recipe! :)
Also, i added baking powder and baking soda both, after i was done mixing in the flour to make a smooth batter.

Awesome but one suggestion would be to keep the cake in freezer for 30 minutes after final decorations.

1. Took 1.5 hrs to bake completely

2. Isnt doughy at all!!! Usually I do overmix (cant help) but THIS
PARTICULAR TIME I controlled myself. And realized it helps fr.
3. Taste is AMAZINGGGG!

Tried this cake with exact measured ingredients n it came out perfect.. it took 30 min for perfect baked cake. Cake was too good n yummy , everyone loved it . I have cut the cake in two layers n put this mango puree in middle of two layers n I have soaked sponge with sugar syrup. Rest as shown by you .. thanks for the perfect recipe.
