Thanks mate, it was very quiet, last time I was anywhere like this in Thailand was in Chumphon. I think they’re still struggling after Covid etc and also many people leaving to work elsewhere in Thailand.

Just when you thought you couldn't find cheaper than Kanchanaburi, you actually can't! 🤔
Glad you survived the insect feast at the night market!
Those lakes are lovely and nice to see some that are unpolluted, and actively cleaned.
I was surprised about the supermarket prices, and thought they would be about half of what they were.
That roundabout honouring the founder of Buriram was something special!

Buriram City is very poor incomparson to say Korat, it was a poor choice for comparison. for the best markets you would need to go to Chong Chom in surin. you have a lot to learn about isaan richy, it is very cheep but communication is vital as the locals won't have the foggiest idea if spoken to in english. i hope you travel more in isaan but try to learn a little thai as a few phrases will help you a lot. good luck with your vlogs.

Richy i can see a lot of Asian countries being heavily influenced by the "Wicked West", its always about being rich and having BS materialistic things, been there done that, but i want to go back to having very few things a Minimalist life, the more "stuff" you accumulate the harder it is to get rid of later.
