  • Thank you for being patient with her English, which is improving day-by-day. Like a lot of "Tinglish" speakers in Thailand, Rose is often mixes up her R's and L's and often doesn't pronounce the ends of her words. She's working on her language, but for now it's kind-of cute!
Please do 'smash the Like button' too! Not only does this help her TH-cam channel grow and it gives Rose positive reinforcement that there are people across the world that are interested in learning about different cultures, stories and life experiences.
Rose would be thrilled to have you Subscribe to follow her journey and is delighted to receive your comments. Thank you for your support 🙏

It's not strange because most foreigners come to Thailand in the zone of tourists living, but if you come to experience the countryside, living, eating and different cultures.

People need 4 main factors for living: having a house to live in, having food, making rice fields, growing crops, raising animals, having clothes (in ancient times, every family used to weave cloth), having medicine (herbal medicine), eating food that contains herbs That is to prevent disease. With some pathogens will not tolerate lemongrass, lime, galangal, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, Krachai head, turmeric, tamarind and many other medicinal plants. mixed in Thai food.

Yes, Sakon Nakhon is close to the Mekong River. It is easy to cross into Laos. In Laos, the natural tourist attractions are beautiful, and I believe they are cheap too. If so, you must have a car to drive in Laos. Because the car fare is quite expensive for tourists😊

(Dave typing) I'm not sure the video was taken in 2023 (TH-cam is likely suggesting it to you some time after it was published?), I suspect the video was taken some years ago during COVID times and I acknowledge that the Thai countryfolk in the farmlands were much more conservative/fearful than the city folk, so I suspect the masks were worn to appease the locals out of respect and so I didn't cause any more attention than a bright-red and ginger Farang would normally cause! 😂
