One of the great things about Angeles is that you can get a place like Ace’s but you can also get a nicer place for a few hundred dollars more a month and you will still save a ton of money vs. the USA.

Great informative video. I personally am a big city highrise guy but I can see a lot of people choosing the small apartment. It's more of a home feeling. I'd rather pay a little more & get the amenities like gym, pool, cafe in the lobby, ATM, 24 hour security etc. that you'd get with a condo in a highrise.

What I would like to know is the "logistics" of banking between the U.S. and Philippines? Like a big nationwide U.S. bank that allows me to quickly access my money most places over there (and maybe in Indonesia, Thailand). From the sounds of things, carrying more than $200 (U.S. equivalent) cash on your person over there is a risky idea. You could make a fairly long video on the logistics of handling money there. On an unrelated note, it seems microwave ovens are fairly uncommon there? Which is weird since Walmart was selling small ones here for about $40 in 2018 (and it still works).

I personally feel an unfurnished unit in Mountain View is a better deal because it’s only 8 min walk to walking street or an 8 minute walk to the marquee mall where immigration office is. Unfurnished 2 brs are about 8k per month, elec about 3k and water is 352 pesos per month. Wi-Fi will be 1500 to 1800 pesos per month. You can get a good deal on furniture at SM mart in the sm mall ir the furniture store across from dau bus terminal. A lot of youtubers have videos showing places with cheap rents in places like Angeles City. They can be pretty small sometimes.

When I heard him used the term “they swallow” referring to Filipino women - that’s was it for me - he is disgusting- he would refer to a white American woman on a public platform saying such a thing. Revolting. It’s not the act that disgusts me, it was the use of it on a media platform. 😢

@@acebachelorcool I did not expect anything better or substantial in your lame response to my earlier comment - you just seem to excel at demeaning Filipino women - why,? because you have a few dollars than they do. It is call exploitation and racism.
