@@TheHuiwen yes! for me it lasts up to 3-4 days - I can't go longer without washing my hair, but it says straight and sleek until I wash it - humidity resistant :)
Thank you, my niece has Polynesian thick course curly hair. She wants this for her 21st birthday. But reading some reviews, the hair is left frizzy. Your hair type is wavy, medium density that’s easy to smooth out even with a brush n dryer.
I just bought one and only used it once. My hair feels so dry. It has never felt dry like this! Is this a learning curve issue do you think? Like make I used too hot or went too slow?
It could be both - too slow or too hot, but I think the main cause could be that your hair needs a good hair mask + a proper leave in product before styling/drying. What products do you currently use?
Hannah, thank you for commenting your experience. Could I ask do you still find the dyson airstrait excessively drying? Or have you found the right approach for you?
Very informative video! Thank you! I have bought the Dyson Airwrap and I am thinking of buying the air strait as well. I can dry and straighten my hair with the air wrap. Is it such a big difference with the airstrait? is it worth buying?
I have a whole video tutorial here: MUST KNOW Keratin Treatment using Dyson Airstrait | DO THIS INSTEAD ❌ Form FRIZZY CURLS To STRAIGHT th-cam.com/video/FrorOV93AEQ/w-d-xo.html
Thanks so much! Is it powerful enough like an ordinary Dyson dryer? In case there are only 5 mins to dry hair, not separating it in sections? Thinking of buying an ordinary Dyson dryer, but if this one has the same power, I'd definitely buy it.
Did I understand you correctly in the video that you only use the AirStrait “once every few months”? I’m trying to learn if it causes heat damage if you use it three times per week. Thank you!
Really great video and review. I bought Dyson Corelle a number of years ago and the battery has finally given up (and apparently it can't be fixed....shocking). So am currently looking for a replacement and this product looks good. My only question is can she use it on dry hair too? I can see it works on wet hair, but she mainly straightens her already dry hair

właśnie montuję filmik z recenzją na kanał polski i pojawi się na dniach, więc będziesz mogła obejrzeć całą recenzję po polsku :) ale w skrócie - polecam to urządzenie!
I get much better results with the airstrait!! Hands down - but if you have frizzy hair like me just use it on the medium or high heat setting is still much lower heat than a straighter
I bought it after all the reviews. Hopefully I will love it. It’s on sale for $399 so after the 25% Sephora credit card discount I got mine for $299. I’m so excited to try it.

tak, zawsze warto używać dodatkowego produktu - czy odżywki bez spłukiwania czy specjalnego do termoochrony, będzie to miało dobry wpływ na włosy pomimo, że dyson nie używa super wysokiej temp. to jednak warto

Does the effect last long? You mentioned it last till the next day is really good. What if it gets humid or touches some water

Another great vid! Your results are evident - your hair is smooth, shiny and healthy. Appreciate the info. on the Dyson and the helpful hints.

My hair never stays as sleek as when I use this device so I wouldn’t say it’s the same thing as using a blow dryer :)

Could you make a video to compare airstrait vs airwrap flyaway? I am wondering the difference on straighting the hair. Thanks.

It’s not as powerful but it’s good enough to dry your hair at the roots before straightening it - but I wouldn’t use it solely as a blow dryer
@JuliaCaban thanks! 🫶 And what about airwrap dryer. Is it powerful like air straight, or more?
Did I understand you correctly in the video that you only use the AirStrait “once every few months”? I’m trying to learn if it causes heat damage if you use it three times per week. Thank you!
I use dyson airwrap more often just because I prefer more volume on daily basis :)
Thanks for the tip to only run it thru the top half of hair strand and then from top to bottom on the 3rd pass.
You’re welcome :)
