Previously done only on stable and healthy babies, the latest research shows that even unstable, pre-term or low-birth-weight babies can benefit from their mother’s touch, immediately after birth.
iKMC can potentially save an additional 150,000 newborns yearly. That’s one baby saved every 3 minutes!
