I don't like rap songs but this song does not just sounds good, it is quite meaningful as well.
The main issue with half/halfie people (Half or part Jp) in Japan is that unless the half looks Japanese enough they are not going to be treated as such even if they were born in Japan and never leave before they die. There are a few instances that seek to address this issue, however, I don't think they are going to achieve this goal soon.
In my case I'm what I like to call "Japaniard" (Japanese ＋ Spaniard) I haven't have that many problems but for certain reasons I can't really feel Japanese enough despite looking more Asian than anything.

I've got a very strong connection with my Celtic background. Ages ago, back when I was in college, I saw a documentary that said that keltoi meant "outsider," so when I was studying Japanese in college, I kind of latched onto "gaijin" as... kind of part of my identity. Kind of helped by the fact that I'm always just... a little detached from whatever group I'm part of. The perpetual outsider wherever I go. I never quite really was a part of the group... never fully "in." At best, I learned to keep the rhyme if I felt in time it got me where I was going. But, at the end of the day, I've got a very strong connection with myself, and I'll take that over a hollow connection to a group that isn't me. Love the song.
