It is becoming more and more apparent that this war has little or nothing to do with Ukraine. The fact that diplomacy could have resolved this conflict 2 years ago and was not even attempted. I has to do with currency, global markets, access to resources and supply chain dominance.

I'm in the UK and I've been watching Al Jazeera, and I was astounded...they are EXACTLY the same as the BBC and other western mainstream media when it comes to their coverage of Russia, China, and the conflict in Ukraine. They are no different, there is no real independence of thought, they seem to be slaves to the west. Who actually owns Al Jazeera..?

Kevork my brother lots of love from Afghanistan great work like always could you please also talk about some 50,000 Afghan Shiites fighters the Fatemiyoun militia that were deployed by Iran to Syria to fight on behalf of Syrian people and President Bashar al Assad. Please, as a Syrian analyst, tell the truth to syrian people And the world this, it wasn't Iranian fighters who sacrificed their lives, it was innocent Afghans young MEN that fought for syrian people Against Isis. The afghan fighters of the Fatemiyoun militia spearheaded some of the toughest battles against anti-government forces , often taking heavy losses, according to a report by Ahmad Shuja Jamal supported by the U.S. Institute of Peace’s Asia Center.

I would also add, that once Russia started focus more on middle east (which is south from western Russia - fact what many people do not realise), that also stabilised situation in Russia. There was quite often extremest terrorism in Russia, especially in areas near middle east. And that stabilisation was one of motives to help Syria against extremists. Now, I do not think I've heard for years any terrorist attacks in Russia - beside ones done by Ukraine, and the one in Moscow Oblast (near city of Moscow) what I am certain was done by USA. Part of politics was taking seriously Muslims, but also focus on destroy extremism and stabilise middle east.
I also remember some western articles years ago, where they were dreaming how Russia will fall in civil war, since there is so many Muslims inside of Russia, and those are coming radicals. And I also remember Russians took that seriously, and made sure that that never happens. Putin repeatedly said, that Russia is multicultural and multi religious nation, and it is not accept to seek supremeism for one group over others.

What is the connection between Iran and Qatar?
During the conflict between Qatar and Saudi Arabia, Iran supplied aid to Qatar alongside Turkey and supported Qatar.
On the other hand, Qatar pursued and continues to pursue a geopolitical policy that is hostile to Iran (and Russia).

The surprising link is that Ashkenazi Jews (notice nazi in the name) are not Hebrews. They are Eastern and Southern Europeans who converted to Judaism in the 8th century (700s). Their true origin is surprisingly the region of modern day Odessa. Before converting to Judaism, they were known as Khazars.

The link between Syria and Ukraine is simple, obvious, easy to connect: The master does not like it when he is prevented from doing everything he wants. When Russia got involved in Syria, that saved Assad and changed everything for the master. That was a no no and accelerated the hatred of Russia. But Russia has a stick and they do not dare hit it straight, therefore they used Ukraine. Look at the dates involved.

Fascinating commentary about Al Jazeera -- it is Qatari owned, of course, and the Qataris like US dollars, but Al Jazeera reporters have been killed in Gaza -- Netanyahu asked for a ban on Al Jazeera (I do not know if it was legislated) which excluded their reports and other communiques. Some history...after WWII, many US doctors working with nuclear poisoning, serious post war neurological disorders and damage, consulted with doctors in Beirut and Damascus -- they were "state of the art" -- my father always retained deepest respect for the Syrian and Lebanese people -- saving lives was important then....not killing. Great discussion!

With the end of the Soviet Union in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Russia turned away from communism. The Jews had always sided with communism, helping create it, run it. Effectively Russia broke step with the Jews. The West had aligned with the Jews after WW2, creating Israel, running it, supporting it. The pandemic of the early 2020s led to a revival of progressivism almost akin to communism in the West. This accentuated the relationship with the Jews and Israel. It also accentuated the differences with Russia. Israel grows in strength. Progressivism and flirtations with communism gain popularity in the West as it gets closer ideologically and militarily to Israel. Paradoxically the far right actually start to align with this as the battle escalates in Ukraine. Is this a new Cold War developing between new Russia and the new US-Ukraine-based Jews? One likely symptom might be an emergence of hostilities between Russia and Israel.

Nice discussion... but... Almassian is completely ignorant of the monetary system, justsayin'. Certainly "printing money" would be stupid, but that is not what the USA does, not yet, apart from Tsy bonds _(basic income but only for people who already have money in proportion to how much money they already have)_ which _is_ akin to printing money. But Tsy bonds are not driving demand for the currency.
A gold standard would be even more insane. The point of a state currency is that it needs to be as cheap as possible to issue (so definitely not a precious metal), but impossible to issue without authority (hard to counterfeit). The problem is getting people to accept an otherwise worthless token. But we all know how and why people accept the state currency, in every nation. The only sense in which the USA is an exception is that foreigners have insatiable demand for USD. But this does not drive base level demand. Domestic tax liabilities drive demand, and the State can always supply the currency needed to pay the tax (by fiat, and by hiring labour and goods from the non-government sector for employment in the public sector, which is not "printing money".
If foreign demand for USD collapsed overnight, it need have no impact whatsoever on domestic US employment, since tolerating involuntary unemployment is a simple political choice, not a market force. It's the wrong choice. It _would_ today have a dramatic effect because the people running the governments do not understand their own monetary systems. They seem to believe (by false ideology) in an unemployed labour buffer rather than a fully employed labour buffer, which again illustrates utter ignorance of the purpose of the currency - tragic ignorance, because the loss of real output each few years is massive, exceeding the losses of all wars in USA history, and those loses can never be recovered.

I do I do disagree. Syria is not the most important place in the Middle East. Nobody doesn't want to conquer Syria . Ain't nothing in Syria. It ain't nothing in the Middle East. People is obsessed with the Middle East that's old. Keep fighting over the past you would never see your future

What the hell is he talking about.. he is so wrong when talking about the Chechen war especially the first war.. please stop speaking about what you don’t know. You have to study first the issue before you start making statements about it. You are both dead wrong about the Chechenian issue
