i have one question here, do we need to do body weight squat as it been told by many trainers in gym and if yes how many reps are enough some say 100 some say 200 on leg day before starting exercise

Body weight squats are good but 100-200 are way more. Do it as a warm up so limit 20-30 max before your lower body workout.
