It was so nice to see you and Karen yesterday! Yes strong foundations are important in so many aspects be it physically, spititually, emotionally, psychologically and capability. Lack of resources? Perhaps why they arent built "right" or at all sometimes. I am guessing, that the degree of rightness varies to the specific category and level of lack therein? Anyways just my thoughts.
