Porch pulse: reading the "pulse" of specific topics, issues, people, current events, and life trends-- all from the front porch of my mountainside property cabin high in the "prodigious hills of New Hampshire." I'll share the particular burdens of my heart as well as the joys of my soul, and a whole lot of things in between.

The sunsets are beautiful from my mountainside porch, and every one of them not only signals not just the end of what was and what could have been, but the potential for the new, bursting forth.
