This dialect has Chinese accent, and the pronunciation of some words is like in pre-revolutionary Russian language. But at all, it's 100% understandable for me as a native speaker of Russian
До революции такое же произношение было, как и сейчас. По крайней мере, в городах. В сельской местности - диалекты.
As a Serbian speaker it's 80% understandable for me, but it doesn't sound different from regular Russian. And can you tell me more about prerevolutionary Russian language? It's first time I hear about it.

In pre-revolutionary Russian language, some words were pronounced differently from modern Russian (For example, pre-revolutionary Russian: Маяковский (Mayakovskoy) - modern Russian: Маяковский (Mayakovsky). It was a difference between pronunciation. In addition, other words were used before, which are now considered obsolete and aren't used. Previously, at the end of words after the consonance was put ъ, but now we use it in some words just for yotized vowels after prefixes.
At all, it's a very broad topic that I can't tell at a one time.

Differences with standard Russian are about 0.33% ... I just do not understand why he loves Auchan so much.
This Ashan was also in Oroqen language(Oroqen→Oroch→Evenki＝Evenks→Tungus)

This just looks and sounds like standard Russian with a bit of an accent. Kind of weird how certain languages can vary so drastically by region when others remain mostly unchanged.

In the case of Russian it's a function of age, basically.
The Slavic languages are all fairly similar to begin with because their last common ancestor is pretty recent (so they haven't had very much time to differentiate). And Russian has only spread over a large area in recent centuries, so there hasn't been much time for distinct dialects to develop in those new territories.
Compare this to, say, Italian, which has been spoken in its region for a very long time and has split into dozens of very distinct dialects and regional languages.
Why do you think the russian-language never developed any distinct Regional accents or dialects compared to other languages like German or French

As a native Polish speaker who also knows some Russian (A2-B1), I could understand everything. I noticed a different accent, and the few words that were different from standard Russian actually made it resemble Polish more. Most likely because this is a more archaic version of Russian :D
My father speaks Russian, and I made him listen to this, he understood 100% of it.

as a native russian speaker, this is 100% understandable. i dont thik id even notice the accent unless someone pointed it out. the only thing is, there are some differences between the text in the video and what the person is actually saying, like 'одет' instead of 'ходит"

Kulzha is a city in China.
Right now I looked - it is located right at the eastern border of Kazakhstan, next to Taldykorgan and Almaty (the former USSR, where there are a lot of Russians).
I doubt that this can be considered a dialect at all, just some kind of light accent (where V after vowels sounds like W). It's just that a Russian from Kazakhstan moved to live in China and people decided to call it a separate dialect)))

As a native speaker I had understood everything 100% But there’s a mistake in the last sentence: Russian version literally says: “Whilst Ashañ is fat and tall he knows a bit”
As I understand there’s no much differences in standard Russian and Yining dialect.
So it should be like this: “Хоть Калтар и крепок, он близорук/недальновиден»

It's not really the case here. Russian and Chinese once mixed into Khyakhta, a pidgin (although not taught) used for trade communication and it didn't last long.
Here, it's just Standard Russian with a Chinese accent.
This is different. Yining Russian speakers are ethnic Russians, and it is close to the original Russian language than Singlish is to English.

Well, it's accent, because it's very little different. Like "Ashan + eto" instead of "Ashan + etu".
Some unstressed letters are read as they are written.
In Standard Russian, О is pronounced А and Я is pronounced и, й when they are not stressed.

Yes they have! I am a Russian native speaker from Siberia! I was 3 times in the North of China and I have no problem cause all Chinise merchants and caffe, hottel-keepers spoke good NorthChina Russian tongue, though their Russian is not Standard. Russian language in East-NORTH OF CHINA has its unique grammar, phonetics and vocab, but we russians can understand it, but chinise peaple understan us even better.

I've noticed to differences from standard Russian: h instead of g (similar to how people in the south of Russia speak) and omission of "v" (this is common in villages in central Russia)
All the rest is just standard.

That's just Russian actually, it's not a dialect. The accent's a bit peculiar, but no single word or grammatical feature is different.

This is quite interesting, I'm not from Russia nor speak Russian, but this accent is quite different from the usual Russian I heard in films. My question is, are native Russian can understand this clearly or will they have some challenges to understand what this accent's speaker said?

The answer is yes, this dialect is easily understandable for native Russians as the only tricky moment I see is guy’s pronunciation of soft sound «В» [V] which he confuses with U.
I'm a Serbian speaker. I don't speak Russian, but I can understand it pretty well (60-70%). Especially in this video I couldn't notice any difference (btw I could understand even more because he was talking slowly). Difference for sure exist, but I think it's only in way of pronounciation, not in grammar, so I think Russian speakers can understand 100%.
Often in US films a Russian language is spoken with a heavy non-Russian accent. And part of the actors are not ethical Russians. So I am not quite sure what immagination you have when you write about Russian language.

The sound does not correspond with the written text in some parts. The sound is like regular Russian language, while the text has some grammar differences. It's very difficult to judge, if the dialect has the grammar differences indeed, or it just has been badly transcribed.

The captions are wrong whilst the speech is correct though it has a slight Kazakh/Uighur accent to it. Native Russian speaker here.
There are several mistakes in transcription and translation. As for me a native Russian speaker it sounds 99.5% usual Russian. An it is understandable 100%. If I didn't know it is from East Turkestan I would suppose it is one of countryside dialects within Russia, maybe Siberia.
